The Account Manager I is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to recruit and retain blood drive sponsors to meet collection goals. The role involves coordinating activities with collections personnel, managing sponsor relationships, and maintaining accurate records to track performance. Candidates will work under close supervision to solve routine problems while contributing to the humanitarian mission of the organization.
