As an Ambassador, you will represent The Metropolitan Museum of Art by directly interacting with visitors and Members. Your primary responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, selling admissions and memberships using a POS system, and assisting with crowd control. You will also respond to questions, resolve general complaints, and support special events, all while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for the arts to ensure a world-class customer experience.
