The Asia Regional Human Resources Coordinator (Asia RHRC) will provide guidance and support to the MCC programs in the region. The RHRC will guide hiring managers to ensure MCC’s procedures and policies for hiring and managing National Staff are efficiently carried out. This position requires knowledge of and/or capacity to access the human resources laws and customs in the Area’s countries where MCC’s programs are located. The position is available for domestic/national hires in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, South Korea (ROK), Cambodia, and Laos.
