The UNHCR is seeking a Psychosocial Professional to assist in implementing a Graduation Model project in Cali, Colombia. The role involves providing psychosocial support, promoting resilience, identifying risks, and coordinating with community and institutional partners to support refugees, migrants, and vulnerable populations facing extreme poverty. The position is a UN Volunteer role focused on direct implementation in the field.
5 years experience in community psychosocial intervention with vulnerable populations (migrants, refugees, conflict-affected), Experience with refugee, migrant, displaced, or extremely poor populations, Experience in psychological first aid, case management, and referral pathways, Experience in humanitarian or development programs with a protection focus, Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management), Resilience and trauma focus, Experience with VBG and child protection, Inter-institutional articulation, Community group methodologies, Stress management, Conflict resolution
