The Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance is seeking two Individual Contractors to develop a centralized, skills-based assessment questions library. This project aims to support the Staff Selection 2.0 Programme by creating standardized screening questions, technical assessments, and structured interview guides. The specialists will apply psychometric principles to ensure the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessment materials in alignment with the UN Secretariat’s frameworks.
