The Assistant Student Counselor will support students in academic and career decision-making, helping them identify their potentials and navigate personal challenges. The incumbent collaborates with instructors and administration to resolve student issues and participates in co-curricular activities to enhance community relations. This role requires providing guidance on college courses and mediating interpersonal conflicts within the educational environment.
