The Assistant in Acquisitions and Contracts will support the Project Amazônico de Gestão Sustentável (PAGES) in procurement and contract management processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial agreements and procurement guidelines, preparing documents, monitoring contracts, and contributing to internal controls. The position aims to support the project's goals of sustainable development and poverty reduction in the Amazon region.
Experience in public administration, with at least 3 years in administrative management., Experience in preparing, analyzing, and processing bidding processes and contract amendments., Experience in analyzing accountability processes., Experience in administrative coordination and operational routine supervision., Ability to prepare and analyze technical and administrative documents., Organization, systematization, and control of documents and processes., Information management in public administration systems, and electronic spreadsheets.
