Everyone Home DC is looking for a Bilingual Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager (Spanish) to provide support to formerly homeless individuals in Washington, DC. The case manager will provide face-to-face engagements, assist with housing stability, and connect residents with community services. The role requires fluency in Spanish and a passion for social justice.
