The Blood Collection Staff position at the American Red Cross involves assisting with every step of the blood collection process, from setting up equipment to creating a welcoming environment for donors. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team. The position involves a variable schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
