The Blood Collections Team Lead position at the American Red Cross involves leading and supporting fixed site operations. The role includes coaching, mentoring, and instructing blood collection staff while also performing blood collection duties. This role offers paid phlebotomy training and the opportunity to grow within a humanitarian organization. The team lead will also drive results through excellent customer service and be an ambassador for the organization.
