Building Tomorrow is seeking recent college graduates for its Rwanda Fellows Program. Fellows will work with local communities to implement educational programs and develop leadership skills. The program offers training, coaching, and support to build sustainable solutions for inclusive education. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, be fluent in Kinyarwanda and English, and be willing to relocate to rural districts.
