This role supports the UNV Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean in identifying and mapping talent ecosystems related to emergency response and hurricane recovery in the Caribbean. The selected individuals will conduct structured mapping, outreach, and dissemination of professional opportunities to increase the visibility of vacancies and expand the number of qualified applications. The focus will be on environments where mid- to senior-level talent is concentrated in key sectors like Health, WASH, Logistics, Shelter, and Protection.
