The Senior Recruitment Officer plays a key role in the operational and strategic implementation of Lapaire's talent recruitment and attraction policy in French-speaking Africa. They manage all recruitment in French-speaking Africa, support managers in defining needs, and ensure the quality of recruitment while supporting and developing the skills of talent hunters. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
