The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide strategic and operational leadership for Raising The Village's global operations, focusing on building systems and infrastructure to scale impact across Sub-Saharan Africa. The role involves overseeing procurement, logistics, IT, and operational planning while ensuring organizational compliance, risk management, and data governance. The COO will work closely with the CEO to scale both direct implementation programs and digital platform services in complex, multi-country environments.
