Semilla Nueva is seeking a Chief Scientific Officer to lead its biofortified maize breeding program and explore expansion into wheat and rice biofortification. The role involves overseeing breeding programs, managing partnerships, improving field operations, and overseeing seed testing. The CSO will also lead departmental budgeting, HR, planning, reporting of results, and participate in the Semilla Nueva leadership team.
