This is a job posting for a Clinical Director at Bridging Access to Care (BAC), who will lead a team and oversee the strategic and clinical operations of BAC's mental health services. The Clinical Director ensures high-quality care for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health Services, this role provides leadership across multiple service sites and ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies (OASAS, OMH, SAMHSA). The Director supports program excellence through clinical supervision, policy development, quality improvement, and inter-agency collaboration.
