The Community Disaster Program Specialist guides, leads, and supports teams of trained volunteers to provide care during disasters. This role involves creating and maintaining volunteer engagement, working to ensure community readiness, and participating in disaster response operations. The specialist will also engage with communities and partners to prepare for and recover from disasters.
