The Community Disaster Program Specialist guides, leads, and supports volunteer teams in delivering comfort and care during disasters. This role involves creating and maintaining volunteer engagement, working with volunteers to prepare communities for disasters, and participating in disaster response operations. The specialist will engage with communities and partners to facilitate disaster preparedness and response.
