The Community Disaster Program Specialist will lead and support volunteer teams, ensuring they deliver care during disasters. Responsibilities include volunteer management, program support, community engagement, and disaster response. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience. The Specialist will also work with local communities to help them prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.
