The Community Facilitator (ENCORE) will work with UNDP Myanmar to support community mobilization and the implementation of livelihood assistance programs in local regions. The role involves facilitating community consultations, building the capacity of village project committees, and coordinating with local authorities to prioritize project activities. This position requires someone with a strong commitment to voluntary service, community engagement, and the ability to operate effectively within challenging or remote environments.
