The Community Impact Program Manager at Cribl will design and scale programs to help employees feel connected and part of something meaningful. This role will focus on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and community giving and volunteer efforts through Goats Give Back (GGB). The manager will develop programs, build partnerships, and measure program performance, all within a remote-first work environment.
