Payroll preparation (Portugal and ideally US), Benefits implementation, Portuguese labor law (compensation and benefits), English and Portuguese fluency, Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS, Compensation structure determination, Performance management systems, Equity options and bonus management, Benefits program evaluation and reporting
