UNRWA is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the development and drafting of its 2026-2029 Resource Mobilization and Outreach Strategy (ReMOS). The role involves providing strategic advice to senior leadership, facilitating internal and external consultations, and creating a comprehensive results-based framework and operationalization plan. The consultant will analyze donor trends and institutional needs to ensure sustainable financing and effective political outreach within a complex environment.
