The consultant will assess and document indigenous and traditional knowledge for disaster preparedness and resilience in Lao PDR. The goal is to integrate this knowledge into early warning systems to improve their relevance, trust, and effectiveness. The project will involve fieldwork, data analysis, and the development of practical recommendations.
