The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is seeking a consultant to conduct a qualitative study on the relevance of secondary education schemes in Oaxaca, Mexico. The consultant will analyze the alignment of these schemes with the Common Curricular Framework, their role in rural and intercultural contexts, and the transition of graduates to employment or higher education. The study aims to formulate recommendations for public policy to improve the effectiveness of these educational models.
