The IDB is seeking an Environmental Consultant to provide technical support and leadership in the ESG Division for operations in Central America, Mexico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. The role involves overseeing socio-environmental risk management, conducting due diligence for bank-financed projects, and ensuring compliance with the bank's social and environmental policy framework. The consultant will support borrowers in implementing management plans for displacement, indigenous impacts, and sustainability throughout project execution.
