The job involves providing technical support for the execution of the IDB's climate change agenda in Ecuador, as well as integrating climate change considerations into IDB operations. The consultant will support the design and execution of operations related to the implementation of Ecuador's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) under the Paris Agreement. Responsibilities include monitoring projects, preparing loan operation annexes, drafting consultancy terms of reference, and supporting new loan operations.
