The International Trade Centre is seeking a consultant to design, develop, and validate a gas chromatography (GC) testing method for the quantitative determination of organoleptic characteristics in cocoa beans. The role involves training laboratory staff, performing statistical analysis, and ensuring validation compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. This project will be carried out over a 6-month period in coordination with public and private sector stakeholders in the Dominican Republic.
