The Consultor PEC will serve as a technical liaison for the 'Transforming Rural Schools' program, supporting the Honduran Ministry of Education (SEDUC) in coordination with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The role involves managing administrative, financial, and technical processes to ensure program objectives and transparency standards are met. The consultant will provide guidance on project management instruments, monitor results matrices, and facilitate procurement processes in compliance with multilateral bank requirements.
