The consultant will support the design and execution of impact assessments in fiscal management within the PROFISCO program, focusing on improving tax administration efficiency and public spending effectiveness. The role involves producing reports, analyzing data, and contributing to the evaluation of fiscal modernization reforms using experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies. The consultant will work with the Fiscal Management Division of the IDB.
