The Country Economist in Peru will perform economic analysis and monitoring of the country's economic growth and social development. This role involves analyzing macroeconomic developments, leading research, participating in policy dialogue, and managing the country's knowledge generation program. The Economist will work closely with the Country Team, reporting to the Regional Economic Advisor, and will contribute to the IDB's mission in Latin America and the Caribbean.
