The Citizens Foundation is looking for a Creative Manager to oversee video production. The role involves managing video projects, ensuring quality across design, animation, and editing stages. The manager will coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure project timelines are met. Strong knowledge of video production processes is required.
Video production workflows (pre-production, shoot execution, post-production), Video editing, animation, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent), Review and provide constructive feedback on animation, design, and video edits, Coordination and project management skills, Visual sense and attention to detail, Coordinating video shoots and supporting on-ground production activities, Interpersonal and communication skills, Problem-solving and adaptability, Organizational skills for managing creative assets, files, and production documentation
