The Customer Experience Intern will support the team in managing customer queries, documenting data, and navigating the Tap2Eat support process. This role involves call handling, CRM management, and providing operational support to ensure excellent service delivery for parents, learners, and schools. Interns will develop practical skills in communication, data accuracy, and conflict resolution within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
