UNICEF Kenya is seeking a Demand Generation and Social Marketing Specialist to support the First Foods Africa initiative aimed at improving child nutrition. The role involves designing and implementing evidence-based social and behaviour change (SBC) strategies, conducting consumer analysis, and developing innovative campaigns to shift social norms. The incumbent will work within the SBC unit, collaborating with government counterparts, youth networks, and the private sector to translate market insights into actionable demand-generation initiatives. This position is critical for strengthening nutrition-focused communication and enhancing the consumption of nutrient-dense foods for children aged 6–59 months.
