The Development Operations Director supports the Inn's mission by overseeing systems, data, and processes that strengthen fundraising. This position works closely with fundraisers and Finance to maintain consistent practices, ensuring accurate donor information and clear documentation. The position oversees the donor database and gift processing operations, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency.
