The Director will build and lead a multi-channel annual giving program, focusing on donor engagement and retention. Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing a mid-level donor program, and collaborating on fundraising campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of fundraising strategies and experience in donor stewardship.
