The Director, Development and Outreach will lead fundraising and outreach efforts in Zurich and German-speaking Switzerland for Human Rights Watch. This role involves managing a team, cultivating donor relationships, and developing fundraising strategies. The Director will also represent HRW and work to expand its donor base.
