The Director, Donor & Award Compliance will oversee the organization’s awards administration and donor compliance functions, reporting directly to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer. This role involves designing and implementing systems, policies, and tools to ensure accountability, transparency, and adherence to complex donor regulations across a diverse international portfolio. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage contracts, grants, and proposal development while mitigating organizational risk.
