The Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center is seeking a Director of Criminal Legal Litigation to lead its criminal legal reform litigation program. The role involves managing a docket of civil rights litigation, including § 1983 cases, to challenge abusive policing and prison practices. The successful candidate will oversee legal strategy, supervise staff and interns, and collaborate with grassroots partners to advance systemic reform. This position requires substantial litigation experience and a deep commitment to racial justice and police accountability.
