Emily’s Entourage is seeking a Director of Development to lead its fundraising efforts. The DOD will be responsible for executing the fundraising strategy, growing revenue through a diversified stream, and managing donor relationships. They will also oversee events and manage a development team.
Minimum of seven years of professional fundraising experience, Understanding of fundraising principles and development best practices, Experience in individual giving, Experience prospecting and qualifying new donors, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent project and people management skills, Tech-savvy and keep up with tools and trends in fundraising
