The Director of Finance at Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is responsible for building and improving accounting, compliance, and financial operations. This role involves overseeing accounting functions, strengthening internal controls, and managing grants and compliance. The Director will also prepare financial reports and collaborate on budgeting and audit processes.
