The Director of Human Resources & Administration is responsible for designing and improving Generation Hope’s people, culture, and administrative systems. This role provides organization-wide leadership across human resources, talent development, compliance, and administrative operations. The Director leads HR and administrative strategy and ensures compliance and operational excellence.
