This role is for a Director of Major Gifts, responsible for major gifts program for the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute. The director will oversee the mid-level giving program. Responsibilities include donor research, solicitations, data tracking and reporting, and communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising major gifts.
