The Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager leads, supports, and energizes teams of employees and volunteers to deliver disaster relief services. This role focuses on building capacity within communities, mobilizing volunteers, and collaborating with local partners to ensure disaster readiness. The manager acts as a primary point of contact for the community and is required to participate in regional disaster response operations.
