The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is seeking a consultant to design a governance mechanism to bridge the talent gap in the agro-industrial sector of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Oaxaca. The consultant will conduct a sector diagnostic, lead participatory co-design workshops, and facilitate a high-level launch forum to align educational offerings with industry labor needs.
