Climate Defiance seeks a Distributed Organizing Director to build and guide volunteer chapters across the U.S. This role involves leading direct actions, mentoring volunteers, and coordinating events to elevate climate change as a political priority. The director will also be responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers.
