The District Coordinator will drive government relations and partner coordination for Spark MicroGrants across multiple districts in Ghana. This role involves providing oversight to implementing partners, supporting program design, and facilitating the Facilitated Collective Action Process (FCAP). The position requires active stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and support for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities to ensure project success.
