The Donor & Client Support Coordinator II assists with daily operations, including managing biologic product deviations and investigating product-level concerns. The role involves identifying suspect products through donor records and performing retrieval activities related to product complaints. The successful candidate will ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidential records while supporting donor reentry processes.
