The Emergency Response Associate position, based in Dakar, Senegal, is a full-time, national specialist role within UNOCHA. The role focuses on supporting the strengthening of the UNDAC system and INSARAG network, monitoring humanitarian developments, and assisting with coordination and information management for emergency response operations. The associate will be involved in organizing After-Action Reviews, developing training modules, and building regional partnerships.

Volunteer Living Allowance is provided monthly to cover housing, utilities and normal cost of living expenses.
