The senior attorney will advise clients on employment law matters, draft materials, and review personnel policies. Skills Required

7+ years employment and/or labor law experience, counseling and advice experience (preferred), anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law knowledge, wage and hour law expertise, family and medical leave and sick and safe leave laws knowledge, employment contracts knowledge, DC Bar membership (or eligibility)

Benefits

This is a full-time position with an expected annual salary of $155,000-$180,000, generous vacation and sick leave, generous health and dental insurance benefits, and annual bonus and profit sharing opportunities.
